Oyster T&C :
- Bookings to be registered 3 days prior from the day of the event.
- Booking confirmation subject to availability of slots.
- Safety indemnity to be signed by the customer’s prior sailing.
- A briefing on the safety measures would be provided by the captain.
- Liquor permit / other permissions to be seeked a week prior of the scheduled event. (Additional cost involved)
- Recommended: Glares, Sun block, caps
- 100% Payment in advance from the Day of Booking, for final booking confirmation.
- Rates are subject to change of season and weekday/weekend basis
- If the experience cannot be conducted due to weather, 3 alternate dates will be provided or a refund of up to 90% of the experience price.
- Experience is subject to weather & other conditions.
- No money refund policy
- Reporting time 10 min prior to the booked sail. Time slots are fixed and would not be subject to clients discretion
- Additional service cost of minimum Rs.500/- added on customization request
- Taxes additional at 18% on the above costing.
