Charter Terms & Conditions – Oyster Services

1. Guest Responsibilities
   
   As the Guest, you agree to uphold the following terms throughout this agreement:
   
   

• • Booking Requirements:
    • Bookings should be registered at least 2 days before the event.
    • Confirmation is based on availability.
    • A 100% advance payment is required upon booking confirmation.
    • An 18% tax applies on top of the Booking Fee.
  • Arrival & Punctuality:
    • Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
    • Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no time extensions will be provided.
  • Safety & Conduct:
    • Sign a safety indemnity form before boarding.
    • Follow all crew instructions and respect the rules onboard.
    • For events with alcohol, a permit must be acquired at least one week prior; additional fees apply.
  • Damages & Deposits:
    • Any damage caused by the guest to the yacht or its contents is the guest’s responsibility.
    • A Refundable Deposit for potential damages must be paid upfront, refundable post-event after deductions for any damage.
  • Other Charges:
    • Transfers for food, beverages, or other items incur additional charges.
    • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; Oyster Services is not liable for lost items.
  • Allowed & Prohibited Items:
    • Permitted: light snacks, soft drinks, small cakes, flower bouquets, and portable speakers.
    • Prohibited: Alcohol (unless with a permit), professional photography equipment, drones, heavy/bulky items, open flames, and hookah.
      
      

2. Service Provider Commitments
   
   As your service provider, Oyster Services is dedicated to ensuring your safety and delivering an exceptional experience.
   
   

• • Transparent Communication:
    • We’ll provide you with a full briefing on services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Safety Prioritization:
    • Our Captain will brief you on safety procedures upon arrival.
  • Adventure Excellence:
    • We’re committed to providing the ultimate adventure experience as promised.
      
      

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
   
   

• • Guest-Initiated Cancellations:
    • All cancellations by the guest are non-refundable.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • If any group member fails to show up, no refund will be given.
  • Late Arrival:
    • Late arrivals are non-refundable, and bookings will not be extended.
  • Guest Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling is not permitted; bookings cannot be postponed or postponed.
  • Operator-Initiated Cancellations:
    • Full Refund or Rescheduling: If Oyster Services cancels your booking due to weather or operational reasons, you may receive a full refund or reschedule.
    • Government-Mandated Cancellations: Full refunds are provided for cancellations due to government restrictions.
  • No Changes to the Yacht:
    • The selected yacht cannot be changed once the booking is confirmed.
  • Guest Capacity Limits:
    • Each yacht has a strict guest capacity; no exceptions are made for exceeding this limit.
      
      

4. Payment Terms
   
   

• • Bookings require 100% advance payment for confirmation.
  • Rates vary based on season and day of the week.
  • Refunds will be issued within 3 working days if eligible.
