Please schedule your visit by prior calculating the time you would take to search parking,
avoid using Taj Valet parking. You may find some Pay and Park services behind Taj Mahal
Hotel, Near radio club or near Regal Cinema.

No! Our boats are equipped with life jackets and we ensure that all safety standards are

We don`t have any locker or safekeeping facilities at the jetty, so consider carrying your
valuables in a backpack and leaving your hands free. Do restrict your backpack/luggage to
one piece due to paucity of storage space on the yacht.

Your sailing time opted for the package booked may or may not include the transfer process
time from Jetty to the boat/yacht, please check your package opted to get a better
understanding on the same. During sailing the engine may be used to make good time during
low wind periods depending on the yacht booked..

We suggest not to rely on the boat / yacht crockery and carry your own disposables if desired.

The Skipper of the boat is the Last Word on Safety on board the Yacht.

 Any loss and damage, caused by the guest, to any of the objects/ materials/ furniture
of the boats/ yachts/ any other things at the venue of the service provided by the
Service Provider, shall be borne by the Client.
 The Client shall take care of their personal belongings. The Service Provider or any of
the Crew Members will not be held liable and accountable for any loss of the
personal belongings of the Client or any of its members at the venue.
 The Client is required at all times to co-operate with the Crew Members and adhere to
all rules and regulations of the service
 No cancellations / refund / transfers will be possible if one does not show up. In the event
Oyster Services has to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather
or any other restrictions, we will refund the entire amount or gladly reschedule the same.
